Chris Brown and Karrueche Tran are reportedly taking taking their Uhusiano aka relationship.. The "Loyal" singer, 25, recently sold two of his Los Angeles properties in a bid to prepare for his fresh start with Tran, 26. Brown reportedly sold his three-bedroom Hollywood Hills graffiti mansion for $1.79 million three years after buying it for $1.5 million and his West Hollywood Penthouse was sold for the same $1.6 million he paid for it back in 2011, according to TMZ.com.
